For a long time considered as day-visit sites, amusement parks are evolving towards new horizons. Transforming themselves over time into genuine tourist complexes, the development of new attractions is no longer enough. Expanding hotel facilities, developing secondary parks and evolving activity programmes are just some of the initiatives being taken to remain competitive in an increasingly fierce market. The aim behind all these colossal investments is to extend the time spent in the parks, turning visits into holidays.
