First Eaton Luxe Hotel set to open in Shenzhen Warmsun - International Complex in late 2013

Langham Hospitality Group has signed its fifth Eaton property as the Asian-centric brand based on the principles of essential hospitality proves popular with owners and developers.The first Eaton Luxe Hotel was opened in Nanqiao, Shanghai. Currently, three Eaton Smart brand hotels are open or in the pipeline include Hong Kong and India.The group has sealed a management deal with Shenzhen Warmsun Real Estate Development to open the upscale Eaton Luxe, Shajing, Shenzhen, China in the Warmsun - International Complex in late 2013.Eaton Luxe, Shajing, Shenzhen will offer 220 suites and rooms.Eaton, a premium member brand of Langham Hospitality Group is operated under a three- tiers brand model - Eaton Luxe, Eaton Smart and Eaton House, which aim at global business and leisure travellers looking for a simple, stylish and sustainable hotel experiences. The three tier brand model also affords potential hotel owners with increased flexibility in different geographical locations in the upscale, midscale and extended stay markets.The first Eaton Luxe Hotel was opened in Nanqiao, Shanghai.
