Lady Gaga will be the (in)famous owner of a haunted hotel in the upcoming season of "American Horror Story". The serial's pitch casts light on the general public's overall perception of the profession of hotel owner.
Ryan Murphy, co-creator of the show, told Variety that the hotel owner played by Lady Gaga will be "a wealthy social doyenne", who "is consumed with art and fashion and people".
Her real-world hotel owner counterparts shall however not rejoice themselves to get such a charismatic ambassador of their profession: in tune with the show's theme, the hotel owned by Lady Gaga will be a haunted one, in which she will have numerous (bisexual) affairs. Ryan Murphy also explains "she has a nefarious plan that is revealed in the first episode" and that she seeks to carry through over the season.
