The 470-room hotel is part of a larger development project in the district of Lower Parel.The hotel group has subsequently continue its development in India and is already in negotiations for other hotel projects in key destinations in the country.Currently, Jumeirah Group has a portfolio of 20 luxury hotels: 10 in the UAE, 7 in Europe, two in the Maldives and China. 15 other establishments are being developed.
