- To develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.
- To drive profitable revenue and market share growth for the hotel through the focus on a selected portfolio of existing and new local corporate accounts (as defined by the Director of Sales) to ensure more solid footprint in the market, better pipeline and have a more active client base. Also develop the government, oil and gas segment.
- To research, identify and establish new business sales contacts, develop relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients.
- To develop and implement focused strategies for account development in order to penetrate accounts and communicate to all internal stakeholders, leveraging collaboration and work from analytics team.
- Take ownership of accounts and clients .
- To undertake regular meeting and activities with managed accounts and ensure they have the knowledge to grow business and revenues.
- Increase conversion in Meeting & Events opportunities via managed accounts, in close collaboration with M&E team .
- Increase conversion in Food and Beverage and Recreation facilities via managed accounts.
- To ensure regular communication with clients to deliver key messages and support the hotels when required.
- To organize and host client events and familiarization trips, to enhance relationship and build client knowledge (based on commercial plans).
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve revenue growth.
- To demonstrate a growth in production revenues and market share with account base, focused on total profitable revenue.
- To ensure all activities are recorded within all accounts via SAP Sales Cloud on weekly basis.
- To participate in Trade shows in the local and international market.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (min 3 years) in the hospitality/ hotel sector.
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
- Great rigor, great organizational skills, planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Salary - QAR 7500/- + Meal Allowance + Housing (Single room in a shared flat)
