Manager Technology Solutions - Americas Headquarters

This role is pivotal in leading managed property initiatives, property builds, working with Technology Services, Shared Services, vendors, and Hotel Operations to manage property builds, support, localization for the future US CO Hospitality Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on support of RHG Managed Property Portfolio
  • Maintain key vendor relationships including driving escalations, contract renewals, and managing enter technology portfolio for Managed hotels
  • Own and maintain Brand specific runbooks for IT for onboarding new hotels across owned, managed, and franchised portfolio for RHG.
  • Own the Hardware and Software upgrade life cycle for Managed Properties
  • Lead the Build vs. Buy efforts for net new IT Systems and Platforms for Managed and Franchised property base, ensuring ROI statements, vendor assurance and contracts, and continuity across the Brand Specific Portfolio.
  • Lead business-focused solutions utilizing cogent hospitality acumen and strong working relationships with internal groups
  • Keep IT costs right sized for new property builds or on boarding for Managed Hotel portfolio to ensure Financial Fidelity to estimates, contracts, and agreements with ownership groups.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for Managed Hotel Portfolio
  • Provide leadership to a small team of Engineers who also support the Managed Hotel Portfolio.
  • Ensure service level availability for managed properties and lead team providing on-call support for break-fix/enhancement, and integration activities
  • Assist with the planning of software/hardware and installation of upgrades and new releases for managed properties
  • Oversee and manage new property build workstreams for IT to include all vendor, project, and financial management
  • Lead business-focused solutions utilizing cogent hospitality acumen and strong working relationships with internal groups
  • Guide properties and ownership groups in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives, and the implications of new or revised solutions.
  • Scope, estimate, and manage any new development requests for localization and internationalization efforts for the platform
  • Define key metrics for success and be able to devise reporting that demonstrates progress both for the team and the individual.
  • Serves as a resource for staff through coaching and mentoring.
