Key Account Manager MICE (F/M)

Our central sales and marketing team is looking for you

Your Tasks:

  • Evaluates the account portfolio in order to drive total profitable revenue growth and market share growth
  • Researches, identifies and establishes new business sales contacts, develops relationships and revenue opportunities from existing key clients
  • Prepares a strategic account plan for each account to include account information, objectives, targets and activities which contributes to the overall EMEA MICE strategy
  • Acts in responsible and competent manner to all internal and external stakeholder
  • Ensures regular communication with clients to deliver key messages and support the hotels as/when required
  • Works in close partnership with country/global/central functions and ensures good communication and coordination with global account managers

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor degree in hospitality or tourism
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry
  • Experience in contracting and negotiating
  • Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Energizing yet relaxing personality
  • Fluency in MS Office
