Radisson Hotel Group are looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to support the MICE revenue generation effort by handling centralized enquires and managing the process through to conversion. Excited by the fast paced role of sales, with a passion for results and identifying new opportunities, you must be able to build strong, productive working relationships, project a positive Yes I Can! attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines!
o Manage and lead the enquiry process, to include liaison with both clients and hotels worldwide
o Proactively look for new opportunities and cross-sell at all times
o Track enquiries and revenues inline with the processes in place
o Ensure a prompt turnaround in responses to clients, whilst adhering to timelines in place for key partners and SLA’s
o Convert enquires; both directly with clients and working closely with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Account Managers (AMs)
o Grow the number of contacts per managed account and update online sales management databases
o Communicate details of requests with large revenue opportunities to KAMs and AMs and agree follow up plans
o Communicate via online Sales Management tool the contact details of new clients identified, to the appropriate KAM or AM.
o A results orientated, experienced Sales Coordinator with a proven track record of handling MICE enquires to conversion
o Super organised, with exceptional attention to detail
o A natural communicator with a flair for identifying opportunities
o A strong understanding of group bookings, meetings and conferences
o Experience in using Salesforce (preferable – training will be provided)
