Director Account Management, Western Germany based in North Rhine-Westphalia

Your Tasks: 
• Setting, implementing and overseeing the sales strategy for the assigned region 
• Creating and executing sales initiatives for the three assigned hotels in order to increase profitable revenue 
• Producing, managing and controlling sales activity plan and sales budget plan for the assigned region within budgetary guidelines 
• Maintaining and growing profitable revenue and market share for our hotel portfolio in Western Germany 
• Ensuring profitable outbound business from the assigned region to our global hotel portfolio 
• Strategic total account management from acquisition, setting and execution of account development plans to empowered condition- and contract negotiations 
• Analyzing of and anticipating with market trends, competition and client expectations 

Your Skills and Experiences: 
• At least 2 years of managing and developing a sales team 
• At least 5 years’ experience within the hotel industry 
• Ability to read and communicate client as well as guest needs 
• Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals 
• Energizing yet relaxing personality 
• Apprenticeship in hotel industry or Bachelor degree 
• Fluency in German and English 
• Fluency in MS Office
