Radisson Blu Hotel, Kraków and Park Inn by Radisson Kraków, our well known properties, both placed in a city center, with 348 rooms and 1325 square meters of conference space in total, are offering a great opportunity for a talent wanting to become our new Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in full time in Kraków. With this position we give you the opportunity to manage the hotel’s sales department both in a hands-on and strategic manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing:
-Supports the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel’s pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised
-Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
-Delivers on plans and objectives where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
-Manages the sales team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
-Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders 
-Reviews and scrutinizes the business performance, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Director of Sales:
-Proven experience in sales with excellent problem-solving capabilities
-Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations  
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
-Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills  

"Radisson Blu Hotel in Krakow, voted among the top 25 luxury hotels in the city, is just 14 kilometers away from John Paul II International Airport Krakow-Balice and 3 kilometers from Krakow Train Station. We’re easy to reach by bus and tram as the stops are right outside the hotel. 

Our central Krakow hotel is located within walking distance of some of the city’s top attractions. Stroll for just 8 minutes to find the Teatr Bagatela (Bagatela Theater), which dates back to 1919 and puts on subtitled performances for its English-speaking visitors. Within a kilometer of the hotel, guests will also find the 16th-century Wawel Castle — a grand Renaissance palace now turned into a museum — as well as Florian’s Gate, a Gothic structure once part of the city’s medieval fortifications. 

Our first-class hotel in Krakow city center is the perfect place for our guests to rest and recharge after a day exploring the city. Each of our opulent 196 rooms is designed to ensure comfort.

Our exquisite restaurants are: Solfez, which serves the Super Breakfast Buffet every morning, and Milk & Co, which specializes in fresh seafood, straight from the best fish markets in Europe. The Salt & Co bar is decorated with vibrant salt tiles from the Wieliczka Mine, and serves beer, wine, cocktails, and more."
