Description: Is BLU for you? We are currently in search of a talented and experienced assistant food & beverage manager to join our team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands.
Reporting to the food and beverage manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall day to day food and beverage operation.
General Profile
- Overseeing the operation of multiple outlets;
- Ensuring that brand standards are adhered to whilst driving revenue within the outlets;
- Implementing effective control of food and beverage within outlets;
- Supervising outlet managers whilst training and coaching the food and beverage team members;
- Encouraging the development of team members;
- Monitoring and assessing service and satisfaction trends, evaluating and addressing issues, and making improvements accordingly;
- Ensuring that HACCP records are monitored and updated.
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial role within a similar environment, coupled with an educational background in hospitality management will be highly regarded;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule and be a team player
