NH Hotel Group - Key Account Manager - Netherlands

Your Mission :

  • As Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the development and account penetration within your account portfolio, increasing customer satisfaction and turnover at your accounts.
  • You are results-oriented and able to identify opportunities and you are aware of the purchasing behavior of your accounts.
  • As Key Account Manager you have a pioneering spirit and you know the needs and expectations of the customer.
  • This is done by means of regular contact with the customer and in a proactive and effective way.
  • Your are responsible to deploy your own sales activities per account.
  • Of course you're the Adviser for this key accounts and you are proactively in charge of the relationship.
  • Giving up is not an option for you.
  • The good relationship with the accounts you know to turn it into actual results for NH Hotels.



Your Profil :


  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a hotel sales organization
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) (Dutch) used in the workplace and full knowledge of the language English
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to translate customer needs in opportunities and resolve complaints if needed
  • Sales ability and skills in both oral and written form
  • Ability to identify and develop your own account portfolio, new accounts and markets
  • Extensive knowledge of negotiating and sales procedures associated within the hotel industry.
