- Defining, developing, coordinating and supervising the strategic implementation of the ME & GRAN MELIÁ brand in EMEA Hotels
- Implementing tactical actions that allows increment in all hotels notoriety, and the achievement of all objectives regarding satisfaction on guest experience and quality within the general strategy in each brand
- Following the company´s Marketing Global Vision to position the ME & GRAN MELIÁ according to strategic objectives on pricing, products/services, distribution and promotion and at the same time creating value within the group and towards the external client (distribution channels) and the final consumer.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same or similar position
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mass Consume Marketing and Hospitality Marketing
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing and Advertising
- High level of English
- Knowledge on: Strategic Marketing, Opera Marketing, Relational Marketing, ATL and BTL
- Advance Knowledge on Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge on Photoshop and InDesign are valued
