- Execution of reports across a variety of category areas delivered within allocated timeframes and
- In conjunction with internal stakeholders, maintain profile sheets for strategic suppliers
- Maintain and manage project intake tool
- In conjunction with business stakeholders, develop and manage centralized supplier performance management tool
- Respond in a timely manner to stakeholder requests
- Build strategic supplier contract summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct spend analysis using data from various sources
- Develop, maintain and publish internal and external performance dashboards
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation as required, including process documentation and SOPs
- Perform Quality Checks on own work and for team members, where requested
- Provide suggestions and input as to how services could be improvedor delivered more effectively and provide, assistance with service reporting as appropriate
- Maintain calendar of events for strategic supplier engagements
Prioritize workload to ensure delivery of reports and dashboards according to schedule
