Sales Coordinator (Fixed Term) - Paris Based

If so, this could be the job for you!!We are seeking a fun, dynamic Sales Coordinator with a passion to support our IHG Sales Team based in our Paris Head Office - sound good?Broadly speaking, with the guidance and supervision of a Manager, you will provide sales assistance to a team of Key Account Managers. Your role will include dealing with hotel and client requests/enquiries and compiling presentations and reports, whilst looking at other ways in which to drive efficiencies.Who are we?We’re a global organisation based in a Corporate Head Office in Paris where we put people first, we live for hospitality and exceptional customer service. What skills are we looking for?

Significant experience in:- An account management role with a portfolio of high growth international opportunities basing decisions upon sound data and insight, linked to the long-term strategy of the organization- Applying the challenger sales framework customer by utilising the Challenger Sales framework- Negotiating the needs of IHG and the needs of the customer. Includes the ability to define, manage and execute mutually beneficial contracts- An advanced ability to make effective commercial decisions based on an understanding and analysis of key commercial information and commercial levers- Initiating, developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships with customers, hotel owners & on-property sales teams- Operating in culturally diverse teams across the European market- European/International strategic sales experience in a senior manager role with a track record of identifying and delivering on new commercial opportunities, using key data points and analytics to make effective commercial decisions
