Marketing Coordinator - InterContinental Hayman Island Resort

Your day to day

Based on Hayman Island and reporting directly into the Director of Marketing based on the Gold Coast, this role will support the day-to-day execution of key marketing campaigns and tactics of the Resort to achieve the marketing and brand objectives. From collecting guest, region and competitor insights to plan and execute marketing initiatives and monitoring and managing guest engagement across online reputation management systems and social media. To co-ordinate the development and implementation of marketing collateral and working collaboratively with third-party agencies to ensure production meets budget, quality and deadlines. This is a true marketing generalist role that will see you act as the Brand and core guest advisor, supporting the Resort and all departments to bring the guest journey and halo Resort positioning to life across all consumer touch points and experiences with core guest personas in mind.
