Your day to day

The Manager, Central Performance Delivery - Korea  is to be based in Seoul and would suit a talented, eager individual with a strong leadership background in hotels looking to make the step into the corporate world putting their experience and knowledge into practice supporting our hotel community and will provide strategic hotel business performance consultation and IHG specialist service support to management of all hotels in the region

You will build strong and effective relationships by providing support on how to maximise revenue generation from the system as well as ensuring that brand values are fully reflected at each of the properties. You will proactively contact and consult with General Managers on specific revenue, brand and/or guest experience opportunities in line with Europe Operations Strategy and centralized training events, in order to drive improved performance, tool adoption, programs and best practices

Key Responsibilities are:-

• Deliver performance driving virtual consulting sessions for hotel GMs and leadership teams focused around IHG winning tools, best practices implementation of new standards and legal requirements, and general hotel operations. 
• Build strong and effective rapport with hotel leaders whilst serve as a resource to provide information and refer to appropriate speciality areas for service.
• You will understand IHG reporting and identify opportunities to drive performance throughout the team.
• You will be able to build relationships within a vast and matrix led organisation like IHG.
• Amendment of any IHG related business links that affect day to day operations.
• Enhancement of communications and links between IHG and hotels


What we need from you

Ideally you have a Degree or equivalent international qualification in Marketing or Business

You will also be able to demonstrate external industry knowledge and continuous learning, keeping up to date with current trends

International hotel brand strategic sales and marketing experience

Experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing in a senior management role

Strong project management capability

Has experience participating in an industry task force

Good working knowledge of IHG systems and the ability to understand and drive outcomes within the IHG network

Has a deep understanding of the markets and the context of operating in Korea along with native Korean Language skills
