Your day to day

We’re currently recruiting for a talented InterContinental Brand Manager to be based in Windsor to join our dynamic and creative Global team driving growth of the  largest luxury brand, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts

  • Strategy: Support the development and management of global brand initiatives, spanning from strategy design and conceptualization to implementation. Including but not limited to service and culture, communications, loyalty, and technology.
  • Expertise: Acts as the central point of knowledge on InterContinental brand experience for colleagues, guests and owners.
  • Innovation: Supports opportunities to evolve and innovate the guest and colleague experience in line with InterContinental brand proposition.
  • Brand Tools: Develops, evolves and maintains brand tools and creation of brand playbooks to bring brand promises to life.
  • Brand Insights: Monitors brand performance, analyses data and insights, follows industry and luxury trends to support the teams’ decisions for brand evolution, growth and performance.

What we need from you

Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond what's been done before. Someone with a real can-do attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to combine creativity and insights to create outstanding customer experiences. You’re a storyteller, appreciate excellent service and understand how to engage with your audience. You understand brand, marketing and how it drives business advantage.  

 Whilst you have a strong interest/understanding of the hospitality industry you're equally inspired by the brands that sit beyond. Not afraid of taking the lead, managing complex projects and agency/supplier relationships – you’re comfortable working collaboratively within a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
