Head of F&B

Voco Oxford Spires are looking for a Head of Food & Beverage to lead our team to greatness! At voco everyone’s a host, if there’s one thing we know, it’s that a great host is at the heart of every great stay as we understand what our guest wants by delivering easy-going but attentive service. As the Head of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's food and beverage operations, ensuring that we provide a high-quality experience for our guests.

Main responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement a food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel's overall goals and objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel's restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
• Monitor food and beverage costs and work to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Develop and implement menus and beverage programs that reflect the hotel's brand and cater to our guests' preferences
• Manage and mentor a team of waiting staff, bartenders, and other food and beverage staff
• Work closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements
• Owns with manager, performance reviews and ongoing colleague engagement.
