If you are super organized, with a “can do” attitude and excited to further develop your career in the HR arena, this is the role for you.
Your day to day
Supporting the Area Director of Human Resources for 2 of our regional properties, you will be responsible for all areas of the employee life cycle including recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, performance management and L&D. Working at both Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and voco Kirkton Park, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced leaders and be focused on your own development into a strong HR business leader in the future.
What we need from you
Ideally we are looking for Human Resources related qualifications as well as a passion for people management and development. You will have great organisation skills and be proactive in your approach to problem solving, collaboration, your own development and building strong relationships. As the role will be based between Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and voco Kirkton Park ( 1-2 days per week ) you will have your own transport and be comfortable moving between the two properties.
