A Sales Executive analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel.
What will I be doing?
As a Cluster Sales Executive, you analyses local market trends and competitor activity to increase revenue generation and market share for Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton Budapest City Centre.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Develop and maintain relationship with travel agencies and DMCs locally and internationally
- Execute duties as assigned by the Cluster Commercial Manager or General Manager
- Actively and independently manage allocated accounts to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Execute detailed action plans to support the revenue generation and beat the competition.
- Support the Cluster Commercial Manager by executing administrative tasks related to Sales
- Compile and create commercial reports and statistics
- Invest time in searching for innovative approaches to generate revenue and share them on a regular basis with the Cluster Commercial Manager
- Be a positive and active contributor in meetings (e.g. Hotel Huddles) to help achieve / maintain a high level of trust & engagement in the hotel across departments.
- Pro-actively seek opportunities to give a helping hand to the operations team through times of stress to help driving a very high level of cross-departmental collaboration.
