Responsible for office coordination and related suppliers (e.g. webinars, conference calls, surveymonkey.com, CE team agenda, ASF agendas, invites etc.)
Event Management: Support co-ordination of Continental European wide induction trainings, sales events for Europe, support of key property DOS’s with participants from 10 to 250 attendees and related travel / meeting space arrangements, support to monitor and evaluate key hotel performance results.
Set up Survey Monkeys and analysis of results as well as supporting team with relevant reporting and presentation summaries.
Supporting new projects of the team as part of the Area Sales Forum and Commercial Forum activities, hotel contact list updates, communication to hotels across Europe regarding tools and projects.
You will be fluent in German, English and ideally another European language with understanding of key values of a franchise oriented sales organisation. You will have a proactive approach, with strong drive for team results.
