Park Inn - Human Resources Manager - Aberdeen

Your missions :

  • Recruitment, employee relations and HR procedures as well as L&D
  • Talent spotting and recruiting high quality, pro-active staff for all roles within the business
  • To effectively communicate with staff to ensure that business requirements are met consistently
  • Managing inductions processes and training activities
  • Develop and implement HR planning strategies and procedures
  • Acting as point of contact for all levels of employees and advising managers of all levels in regards to the HR related issues
  • Responsible for driving Guest Satisfaction at all levels
  • Responsible for driving Employee Engagement and engagement activities
  • Overall responsible for all transactional, compliance aspects of Human Resources in line with UK Employment Legislation and Health & Safety

Your Profil :

  • Experience within the similar role is essential.
  • Hospitality and/or Human Resources (CIPD) qualification at degree level or above
  • Should be standards driven with the ability to organise and plan ahead
  • Team player with excellent organisational and social skills;
  • Excellent people and organisational skills;
  • Self-motivated, driven and results orientated ;
  • Proactive and Yes, I Can attitude;
  • Fluent in English language both verbal and written;
