You are a driven person. You have a commercial attitude and are able to persuade our clients to choose for the NH Hotel Group. You find it important to work on a high service level, you are able to advise our clients and provide them with a professional tailor-made proposal, which is according to their wishes. You have a strong personality, like to negotiate, and feel responsible for optimally selling the NH Hotels in your commercial region. You have great communication skills, are a team player, and are flexible. Speaking different languages is also one of your talents. French is a plus. Experience in selling congresses, meetings and event venues, preferably within the hotel industry, is considered as a plus.
As Group Sales Executive you are responsible for the sales process of all group requests (conferences, meetings, events and related hotel accommodation) for the NH Hotels within one of the commercial regions in Belgium. You are able to make clear offers according to the wishes of the client. You are responsible for the follow-up of your offers and the contract negotiations with the client. You are partly responsible to maximize the occupancy and revenue by striving for the highest possible conversion. You are able to build and maintain good relationships with your clients and ensure returning business. You are able to maintain a good relation and cooperation with internal departments and external organizations.

- Work according to the regulations of safety, Arbo, HACCP and NH corporate identity.
- Work in shifts (can vary from 08.00 – 19.00, 5 days per week)
