Some of the key responsibilities:
•Orchestrates the recruitment process.
•Conducts first round of telephonic/ skype interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
•Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
•Develop, coordinate and implement marketing, recruitment, retention and human resources public relations programs and strategies to ensure availability of qualified applicants.
•Research the Internet for recruitment advertisement sites, job fairs and organization membership for educational-related recruitment.
•Research, coordinate and participate in all recruiting job fairs.
•Analyse, respond to and resolve recruitment issues.
•Ensures the vacancies are posted on Rezidor Careers.
•Coordinate all VISA immigration processing issues with PRO for employees in need of these services.
•Facilitate all Personnel Requisitions and new hires.
•Verify reference check on final candidates.
•Review final hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
•Assists Climate Analysis program.
•Insure a proper filing system is maintained for all Hotel Employees.
•Responsible for entering all new recruits into the HERMS system and maintaining accurate manning at all times.
•Communicating and explaining the hotel's HR policies to the employees.
•Conducting employee induction and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
•Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
•Maintains and update the HR recruitment file, tracking sheet and communicates with HRDs.
•Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
•Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals (twice a year) and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
•Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the hotel.
•Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing.
•Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing hotel information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
•Ensures updating of the jobsite i.e. Caterer global, or any other used by Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City.
