Regional Vice President, Franchise Sales
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops a Market Area Strategic Business Plan and achieves plan objectives.
- Builds relationships in the finance, construction, hotel development, and other related communities to increase sales.
- Provides Market Area with analytical data and status of development plan deliverables
- Links franchisee to financial programs, site selection, or partnership dollars.
- Partners with Franchise Services to upgrade/replace under performing property inventory.
SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Extensive sales experience
Demonstrates leadership, motivates, recognizes and rewards outstanding performers
