- Drive Total Revenue (Room, Food & Beverage) and sell to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
- Interact with clients through organized meetings, entertainments, fam trips, site inspections, sales calls and through any other form to grow the business / clients portfolio.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationship by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of market dynamics locally in Dubai by observing, receiving, obtaining information from all relevant sources (media, real estate economic tends and competitor's activities) and provide feedback to management.
- Establish a clear course of action to achieve short / medium / long term goals in an organized manner.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate industry and minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing environment.
Good English communications skills are required in both written and oral.
The candidate should possess good administrative skills and has the ability to demonstrate working knowledge in Microsoft applications, Opera and Delphi.
Strong organization skills are required to ensure the ability to meet deadlines.
