Rezidor currently features over 430 hotels and has almost 96,000 rooms in operation or development in 69 countries across Europe, Middle East & Africa.You will assist to the Director of Revenue, the Reservations Managers and the Reservations Coordinators with their daily tasks as well as provide administrative support to the Reservations and Revenue department.
Your Mission :
- Manage requests and reservations
- Handle reservations by telephone, email and fax, recording into Opera system
- Review the arrivals of the day
- Deal with individual requests to make the stay of the guest more comfortable
- Loading rates into the system
- Review Hotel data in GDS, Internet
- Control and update rates according to special projects, city events, promotions, new markets, etc.
Your Profil :
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Confident and motivated
- Team-working skills
- Good communication and social skills
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Fluent in English and preferably another European language
- Have a genuine “Yes I Can!” attitude
- Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement
