Radisson Blu - Marketing Coordinator - Brussels

Your Mission :


  • Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales & Marketing Managers and the Sales and Marketing Coordinators with their tasks
  • Facilitating communication within the department, within the hotel and with third parties contacting the hotel
  • Providing administrative help and support to the Sales and Marketing department
  • Design of packages and compiling of statistics
  • Designing and creating email banners for events
  • Assisting with the organization and execution of internal and external events and exhibitions
  • Handling local contracts, requests for proposals and leisure contracts
  • Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing with the creation of advertisements and brochures
  • Assisting clients with all department related requests and questions and forwarding other requests to the appropriate contact

  • Fluent English, Dutch/French is a plus
