A Business Analyst is responsible for analysis reporting for the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding Financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Business Analyst, you will analyse historical data, participate in performing budgets, payroll analysis, participate in Operating reporting analysis, upload reports and other duties as needed. You will also follow the month and year end closures, accounting process and procedures, ensure the accuracy of all department processes to the various accounts and help control the stores by ensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control.

A Business Analyst, serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the qualifications, skills, attitude, behaviours and values that follow:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required in Finance/Business Management
- 3-5 year or more hotel or hospitality industry experience in Finance
- Excellent written and oral communications in Italian and English language
- Health Certificate required as per law
- Good conduct certificate required
