We are recruiting a Quality Assurance Assessor to assist the Senior Quality Assurance Assessor and QA team in support of the Head of Member Services to deliver hotel pipeline, hotel retention and hotel recruitment strategies of the Member Services and Hotel Development teams. The territory will be Southern UK.
The Quality Assurance Assessor will carry out hotel quality assurance assessments, training, development and education and any associated follow up procedures required
The Quality Assurance Assessor will operate with a collaborative guest centric approach in order to support the value of the Best Western brand. This includes the execution of an effective Quality Assurance Programme in accordance with the affiliation agreement with Best Western International and the procedures set by the BWI Global Quality Assurance System (GQAS). This role supports hotels that have the opportunity for brand aspiration and brand switch.
They will work within a continually developing set of operating standards and provide a strong level of customer service for both internal and external colleagues.
You will have highly developed relationship management skills and have experience in the hotel / hospitality industry in a position of responsibility. Experience of quality audit procedures is also essential.
The ability to travel is required on average 3 nights per week with the flexibility for overnight stays – which on occasion may include overseas travel.
