The Global Marketing of the group is in charge to define, position & lead at worlwide level the hotel brands of the group, integrating the new Businesses as part of the overal Brand architecture.
• This role will focus on the main key areas:
You will be responsible for the planning, execution and localization of our global marketing programs and projects with excellence. Eye for detail and accuracy is a must. You will be overseeing the day-to-day management of specific projects to ensure they are delivered according to plan and on time, globally. You will own the detailed planning and are responsible for reporting on the status to your stakeholders.
You will drive brand projects from inception thru internal approvals, and manage localization and versioning of these assets based on the marketing needs in region. Key stakeholders will be our marketing experts and you will work closely with strategic & creative agencies, as well as Regional teams for localization and development.
You will support the Chief brand Officer and SVP Global Marketing Strategy to work on continuous improvement to drive effectiveness on the Global Marketing departments. It will have a focus on workflows / processes and improvement of the project management tool to support our way of working across multiple projects with consistency, globally.
You will act as the global lead in this area, and work with management to identify opportunities to increase efficiency thru piloting new approaches, and then drive and communicate changes throughout the organization. You must be able to be firm and process-focused, as well as have strong relationship and interpersonal skills do drive positive adoption of changes.
• We would love to connect with you if you have the following background and expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account manager in a global agency / in-house marketing department
At least 3 years of experience in operations focused role, preferably in a marketing agency, Consultant, marketing department
Experience working in a global organization
Experience in multiple forms of project management
Digital marketing experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required in related discipline.
