Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the general Manager as required.
To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from
general Manager, etc.
To Perform special duties as required by the general Manager.

Provides support for heads of department in the implementation of the brand's standards:

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality/food & beverage, leisure & tourism, health sectors, audit, consultancy, training, executive assistance, guest experience and quality.
Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment.
