We are looking for a Buyer Analyst for AccorHotels BeNeLux!

Who are we looking for :

In addition to that, you comply with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor or masters with commercial background (e.g. “commerciele economie”)
  • NEVI 1 is a must, NEVI 2 would be great!
  • 3-5 years of buying work experience
  • Management skills
  • Fluent in Dutch

You master the English and preferably the French language as wellIt would be nice if you had some experience in the hospitality industry as well!

Job description :

In your job as a Buyer Analyst for AccorHotels BeNeLux, you will fulfil the tactical and strategical part of the buying process of all products needed within the organisation as well as providing the necessary analytical analysis concerning the results of the procurement activity. This means that you have a very broad scope, going from food and beverage to housekeeping parties, but also assure the analysis & administration of the existing procurement contracts.

The fact that your scope is broad, not only means that it is thé most interesting buying job there is on the labour market! It also means you work together with all layers in the organisation! From the General Managers of our hotels to HR and from IT to marketing. With your excellent communicational skills and drive to be a business partner, we are sure that you will succeed! 

On the other hand you are commercially driven. Determined to get the best deal for AccorHotels. Analysing the different needs, commercial environment and the trends are what you do best, to make sure you negotiate the best deals. 

AccorHotels is always on the move; this means that, although it can get pretty busy from time to time, you will have to be a star in self-management. Personal leadership is therefore your key to success, time management is your friend and mindfulness the key to focus! These terms are not vague to you; they are your personal beliefs!

So what it is you will do concretely? Sure, we can sum-up a few things! You develop and deploy the tactical and strategical buying process by specifying products and services needed for the organisation. You select suppliers, make contracts and are timely on evaluating with them. You make sure suppliers the suppliers live up to the service level agreed upon. You analyse financial results, make sure that procurement benefits are invoiced, correctly registered, paid & distributed to the hotels, you identify risk according to trends you see…well, let’s be honest…we don’t need to sum up more, do we?
