Support Fairmont Brand team to ensure that all communications-related efforts led by our team/through our office appear in a manner that delivers brand consistency and continuity, and a high level of production quality.
Actively manage the execution of revised standards and practices so that they are applied and adhered to both internally and externally.
Manage logistics for all brand meetings, brand webinars, orientations and work group sessions ensuring smooth operations
Project management in the following areas (but not limited to):
a. Project planning logistics, budgets, pre- and post-production, etc.
b. Fairmont brand programs, services and product enhancement (Fairmont Gold, wellbeing, Meetings etc.)
c. Fairmont digital asset management site maintenance (ice portal/Phototech/logotech/etc)
d. New hotel support (coordinating STORM sessions, providing brand required elements, develop hotel support guide etc.)
e. Internal communication initiatives including brand pages on myfrhi.com // accorlive.com
f. Invoice and budgetary support
g. Support development of brand essence materials and assist in distribution to disciplines, regions, hotels etc.
h. Various administrative duties. (filing – digitally and physically)
