Your missions :

    As part of the Communication, Advertising, Social, Media Department : 

    • Define and deploy brands social platforms, lead global pages and coordinate regions / hotels social pages

    Define and deploy social strategy for brands:

    • Editorial & iconographic line
    • Define social priorities per brand
    • Lead the global pages in term of animation and key moments
    • Pilot global social agency

    Pilot social deployment at regions & hotel level via Social Desk platform :

    • Define key moments for brands & AccorHotels global subjects and secure local implementation
    • Develop toolkit for local implementation
    • Develop Ready To post with countries for hotels
    • Highlight best brands practices to nourish the Social Desk
    • Help regions/ hotels for creative development
    • Monitor weekly social KPIs per brand at global/country and Hotel level
    • Highlight best practices and key success
    • Focus on key issues to improve constantly our social ecosystem
    • Act as a key contact to assist teams in case of Brand social crisis cases
    • Communicate key actions with local social managers
    • Assist local social managers and take the lead if needed

    • Level of Education: Master / MBA
    • Areas of study: Communication
    • Professional experiences: 3 to 5 years
    • Languages essential: French (Primary tongue), English (Primary tongue)
    • Optional languages: Spanish (Notions); German (Notions)
