Senior Sales Manager (Japan Market)

Scheduled to open in Q3 Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha is located in the heart of Hanoi. The brand new Novotel will feature 345 rooms, suites and apartments. One all day dining restaurant, two bars - one rooftop, Spa and fitness centre, swimming pools, Premier lounge and a Ballroom and at least 6 meeting rooms.

KEY TASKS

  • Conduct sales presentations/negotiation/ contracting in order to win orders, tenders and contracts.
  • Systematically and effectively cover all requests/needs of customers, with focus on Japan market in order to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Ensure all sales leads are properly followed up, traced and if the business is confirmed, to ensure proper handover to the respective colleagues concerned.
  • Achieve sales targets and to keep reporting on weekly basis.
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly Sales Action Plan.
  • Conduct frequent market and competitors analysis in order to proactively anticipate the, demand requirements

 Level of Education: Bachelor / Licence

Professional experiences: 1 to 2 years
