Property Manager -GC - Novotel Surfers Paradise

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Property Manager to join our Gold Coast Residences team.

The division encompasses our expert ’Residences’ Property Management team and our trusted, innovative Sales division. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Property Manager to join our Gold Coast Residences team.   

This is not an ordinary Property Management role. Your new adventure  will see you manage a portfolio of approx 120 apartments for a global hotel company, based in Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and within our newly renovated, Corporate Office at 50 Cavill Avenue. The position allows for flexibility in your working conditions including the option to work from home 1 day per week if preferred.  Flexible start & finish times are also available for the successful candidate.   There is a dedicated trust account manager and leasing consultant as well as multiple levels of support and guidance from our Apartments and Realty division. 

Use the skills you have acquired from  your Property Management experience and broaden your knowledge base to include an insight into Hotel and Resort management strategies, including Body Corporate and Building Management processes.

 

No weekends or after hours on call and a Corporate Uniform is supplied. 

 

Half of the portfolio is within walking distance of the office.  The portfolio consists of resort apartments, no lawns, gardens, fences or pools for tenants to maintain,  your focus is souly on the apartments themselves and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

 

Your duties will include:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties including but not limited to, Entry and Exit Condition Reports, Routine Inspections, Maintenance Management and Lease Renewals.

Carry out all duties relating to Residences as per the QLD legislative guidelines

Maintain a good understanding of the regulations and legislation pertaining  to industry  governing bodies

Efficient liaison with unit owners, tenants, property teams and Accor Apartments & Realty 

Ensure profitability and number of properties under management is maximised at all times 

 

What we need from you:

A positive attitude

A natural ability to problem solve and multi task in what is often a fast paced environment

A real estate salesperson license 

Real Estate and or Hotel Operations / experience will also be highly regarded
