General Manager - mid-range properties cluster

Take over two properties in Kuwait, branded by an international chain (150 and 170 rooms). The investor is an international hotel company with a portfolio of 20 properties in the Middle East.

You will be responsible for developing a management approach to performance and customer service excellence. You will report directly to the owner company who has a strong track record in hotel development.

Your role will be to:

• Drive the business
• Optimise margins and financial performance
• Be responsible for the legislation, rules and standards in force in the property, in particular the brand standards
• Build, consolidate and maintain the competence of your teams
• Provide a quality service to your customers
• Develop the occupancy and profitability of your properties.
