Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Pullman Brand leader; Pullman hotel general managers and Accor corporate office (include section on Public Relations Plan and Advertising Plan)
Draws up the Public Relations and Advertising Plan for Pullman Indonesia annually
Maintains a record on former, current and existing clients (mailing list)
Ensure that all brand image is conform to the brand standards
