Data Manager - Business & CRM analytics (M/W) - Siège Accor

The position offered sits in Accor Global Hotel Development Division:

  • developing new hotels worldwide (1 hotel open and 2 hotels signed per day pre COVID)
  • animating a community of >160 developers in > 30 countries


The Global Development Marketing & Partner Relationships service is accountable for 4 below pillars:

  1. Delivering accurate assets, training & support to developers to pitch Accor Brands & Solutions
  2. Data management, business development & CRM Analytics
  3. Animating partner loyalty programs with existing hotel owners (60% of our development)
  4. Prospecting new partners, owners and investors


The Hotel Development Data Manager reports to the SVP Global Development Marketing & Partner Relationships. He/she contributes to the definition of the strategy of above pillar N°2 and is accountable for the execution of related action plans. He/she evolves in a B2B2O universe.

  • Data Analytics: Business Development data reporting & partners profiling
  • Data Quality: Partners’ database management & stewardship
  • Business ownership: WeMax global partner CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  1. CRM Strategy to support Group development
  2. Business Intelligence Analytics component to be implemented (KPI’s, dashboards…)
  • Animation: WeMax champion community & WeMax Challenge

Key interlocutors: Developers as users, Digital Factory as product owner


  • Business school/ Engineer / BAC + 4/5 years equiv. MBA
  • 5 years experience minimum, 1st experience in data
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Analyst, methodical, rigorous

  • Database and software skills (from big data CRM Microsoft Dynamics to insights: Excel+, power point) analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau…
