Cross-Channel Campaigns Manager for Europe North Africa

Job Description: Join our team as a Cross-Channel Campaigns Manager for Europe North Africa! As a Cross-Channel Campaigns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Cross-Channel Campaigns in Europe North Africa. You will be responsible for strategically planning and coordinating commercial campaigns for our brands, maximizing web direct revenue, and enhancing the customer experience. This exciting position can be based in Paris, London, Munich, or Warsaw.

Cross-channel campaign management

- Coordinate and ensure follow-up on campaign orchestration between Brand Marketing, Loyalty, Ancillary and Ecommerce teams
- Animate monthly meetings between Marketing, Loyalty, Ancillary teams and channel owners to align on content exchange and to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Own the Integrated Communication Plan (ICP) deck and make sure all campaign activations are up to date in calendar overview across Europe and North Africa
- Manage 360° activation plan with owned and paid channels to answer specific business need or ad hoc project (need destination, Paris 2024, Air France partnership..)
- Coordinate reporting from channels to create consolidated overview on KPIs

Project management tool & workflows

- Support the deployment of project management tool across multiple teams (Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, external agencies…) to create campaign workflows, tasks prioritization and resource allocation
- Support in documenting campaign workflows, briefings and any new implemented process


- Put together animation plan in concise decks for external partners and internal senior leadership Feed in ICP updates and key campaign results for communication newsletters with hotels and owners.



- Business degree, ideally within Digital Marketing
- Project management experience, preferably within Digital Marketing
- +2 years project management in Ecommerce/Digital Marketing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.​
- Good understanding of customer touchpoints and booking funnel (Media, CRM, SEA, Affiliation..)
- Working with cross-functional team with multiple project owners.
- Customer-oriented & target group-focused​.
- Strong communication, management & organizational skills​.


- Fluent English mandatory
- Speaking another EU language is a plus
