Business Development Manager - Sofitel Brisbane Central

Through your passion and motivation for sales, you will arrange and sell memorable experiences to new clients who stay and conduct business at our property. You are professional and knowledgeable about the hotel, the local area and the luxury experience, and you are well connected and can build strong relationships and bonds with your clients.

As Business Development Manager, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate lasting partnerships, and position Sofitel Brisbane Central as Brisbane’s premier luxury destination for MICE and business groups. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Develop exciting new business opportunities whilst consistently achieving sales targets
  • Establish requirements, quotes and negotiate prices for new clients
  • Seamlessly seal the deal, contracting new business
  • Quartery interstate travel to participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
  • Maintain accounts, contacts, activity and business details
  • Be the face of Sofitel Brisbane Central, representing a five-star luxury brand
