In the spring of 2019, Bouygues Immobilier and Post Immo are committed to the complete restructuring of Strasbourg's Hôtel des Postes in "Neustadt" district.
The former 20,000 m² Hôtel des Postes, located in Neustadt, has now been transformed into a mixed program of shops, services, offices, housing, breweries and restaurants.
"The project provides for the restoration and cleaning of the exterior facades in full respect of the original (1896) facades and roofs, including the replacement of some glass frames and the removal of recent roof frames," says the real estate development company
The reconversion of the buildings is seen as a real "urban renaissance," offering open-access spaces and properties, a senior residence with concierge service, and rental apartments. The non-residential side of the building will arbitrate a catering offer, and an independent tertiary center.
Post Immo, one of the main actor in the project, is also leading the major transformation of the Louvre Hôtel des Postes site in Paris. The Hôtel des Postes in Paris will eventually offer a mixed program of restaurants, offices and services, a hotel with 82 rooms and suites, an urban logistics hub, study rooms, a rooftop and a post office.
