Dwo Colours Alcalá

Stable Real Estate has recently opened the doors of three new hotels in Madrid, which required an investment of 35 million euros and add 175 new rooms in total.

The new hotels that have recently opened in the Spanish capital after two years of construction are the Dwo Yuste Alcalá, the Dwo Colours Alcalá and the Akeah Gran Vía.

The company, which is dedicated to investing in real estate projects, has thus reached 20 properties with over 100 million invested in the Iberian Peninsula.

The construction of these three hotels will expand the city's hospitality offer with 175 new rooms, as well as creating 58 new direct jobs.

Now that these three projects have been completed, Stable Real Estate is focusing on developing new properties, in this case in the Valencia area. These include the new projects Living Residence Lux, Tourist Residence Ruzafa and Tourist Residence Marina de Farnals.
