Peachtree Group, formed by the managing directors of Peachtree Hotel Group, will manage and control the group's multi-billion dollar investment portfolio which has diversified significantly in recent years.
The new company will be responsible for managing Peachtree Hotel Group's investment portfolio as well as directing investment strategies across separate operational and real estate divisions, including hotels, commercial lending, residential development and capital markets.
Peachtree Group is now the asset, investment and portfolio manager for over $6.0 billion in combined asset value. The new company will also oversee all strategic partnerships.
The company will be led by managing directors Friedman and Jatin Desai while Peachtree's operating companies will continue to be led by their current executives.
This new structure provides greater flexibility and resources to best position its operating companies to achieve long-term growth and create value for its stakeholders.
Peachtree's hospitality division includes Peachtree Hotel Group, which will continue to invest in hotel-related real estate; Peachtree Hospitality Management, a management company that operates 80 hotels across 23 brands with 9,579 rooms located in 21 states; and Peachtree Hospitality Development, the hotel construction and renovation group.
The Commercial Lending Division includes Stonehill and its affiliates, Stonehill Commercial Real Estate Group, which originates loans in all real estate sectors, and Stonehill PACE, a direct lender of property-rated clean energy for all commercial asset classes.
The residential development division includes The Revive Land Group, which focuses on the design, permitting and development of residential and mixed-use projects.
The capital markets division includes Peachtree PC Investors, the exclusive investment dealer for Peachtree's investment offerings.
