He brings 20 years' experience in brokerage and property transactions and will play a central role in developing relationships with property investors, identifying potential new owners and structuring innovative programmes and vehicles to support the hotel group's ambitious growth plans. The Brittany-born operator has 2 brands in its portfolio since announcing the creation of B&B HOME last May. Its CEO has also announced strong international ambitions with the arrival of B&B HOME in the United States. So, 6 months after the first opening in Orlando, B&B HOTEL has announced 110 in Miami. This will be the brand's third establishment, with a total of 284 keys in the USA.
Sami Mendil will be responsible, among other things, for the company's development.
