A new deal between REITs was closed in the United States: Xenia Hotels & Resorts has agreed to make the sale of 5 hotels in its portfolio. The operation amounts to $163 million.

The real estate company Xenia Hotels & Resorts has just completed a 5-property sale. These hotels join the portfolio of another REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), Summit Hotel Properties. The two US investors have agreed on a $163 million sale (€149 million), that is to say about $200,000 per key.

The five properties which are part of the deal (Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone, Courtyard Kansas City Country Club Plaza, Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown, Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor, Residence Inn Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor) have a total of 812 rooms.
