Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville to open a second hotel in Manchester

Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville, two former football players, will open a second property in Manchester after the Hotel Football.

While the Hotel Football will open its doors tomorrow, Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville have already found their next project. The two former football players, who entered hopsitality investment with their company GG Hospitality, will open a new property in the center of Manchester. Purchased for 1.5 million pounds sterling in 2013, the total investment including works has not been communicated.

The two men received authorization to transformer the former Norfolk Street Stock Exchange into a property positioned on the boutique hotel segment. It will have 35 rooms, a fitness center, a spa, a bar, a restaurant and a rooftop terrace overlooking the historic center of the city. AEW Architects, who are responsible for the Hotel Football project, will also rebnovate the building. The opening date has not yet been announced.
