Kew Green acquires a portfolio of 19 Holiday Inn properties

Located in the United Kingdom, 19 properties make Kew Green Holding the leading franchise partner hotel of the InterContinental group in Europe.

Kew Green Holding strengthens its partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group. The company announced the acquisition of a portfolio of 19 Holiday Inn hotels in the United Kingdom. Located in major cities and commercial centers in the country, the properties will keep their brand and will be operated via franchise contracts. The value of the transaction has not been revealed.

19 properties just joined the 38 Holiday Inns already owned by Kew Green Holding, which now leads a network of more than 50 hotels and 6,700 rooms under the brand. The firm thus becomes the leading franchise partner of the group InterContinental in Europe.

The hotels involved in the transaction are the Holiday Inn Norwich, the Holiday Inn York, the Holiday Inn Haydock M6 Jct 23, the Holiday Inn Stoke-on-Trent M6 Jct 15, the Holiday Inn Washington, the Holiday Inn Lancaster, the Holiday Inn Taunton M5 Jct 25, the Holiday Inn Colchester, the Holiday Inn Runcorn, the Holiday Inn Ashford Central, the Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton M1 Jct 18, the Holiday Inn Rochester Chatham, the Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 Jct 7, the Holiday Inn Chester South, the Holiday Inn Warrington, the Holiday Inn Leeds Wakefield M1 Jct 40, the Holiday Inn Derby Nottingham M1 Jct 25, the Holiday Inn Ipswich.
